The International Equity Agency of Japan is responsible for regulating the activity of the financial services sector in Tokyo, Japan.
Our remit includes the oversight of market activity, the ongoing education of the investing public both experienced and novice and the adjudication of disputes between financial companies and their clients.
We foster transparency in our regulatory activity in an effort to encourage corporate responsibility in our member firms. If a firm has acted in an illegal or suspicious way we take appropriate action to protect the investment consumer while maintaining impartiality.
